MANKATO, Minn. – No. 7/8 Wartburg women's basketball battled Bethany Lutheran College to a 93-83 win on the road on Tuesday, Dec. 5. The Knights are now 8-0 overall and remain 3-0 in American Rivers Conference play.

- Wartburg answered five early points from BLC with a layup from Woeste and another three pointer from Bearbower to put Wartburg ahead 40-18

- Harris and Woeste both scored baskets to go ahead 81-68 with 5:56 to play
- Murphy scored in the paint to go up 12, but BLC cut the lead to 85-78 with 1:59 to play
- Wartburg was able to convert at the free throw line late and held off the Vikings 93-83
