WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg softball team (13-11 overall, 3-1 American Rivers) will host No. 22 Coe (23-3, 6-0) in a doubleheader Saturday starting at 12 p.m. The Kohawks stand atop the conference standings, and the Knights are tied for second.

Coe owns the series lead at 51-41.

Wartburg
Reegan Deputy leads the team with her .400 batting average. Alexis Larson and Lauren Frerichs follow at .370, Ella Link at .347, Sydney Fellows at .325, and Sydney Illg rounds out those above .300 at .308.

Fellows has a team-best 23 RBIs and Link follows closely at 22. Illg leads the team with 18 stolen bases.

Avery Mull leads the starting pitchers with her 3.09 ERA and Ashley Nelson has a team-best six wins and 53 strikeouts.

Illg ranks first in runs scored (163) and assists (422), second in stolen bases (111) and double plays (35), third in home runs (26), fifth in RBIs (106) and games started (154), sixth in hits (167), and 10th in games played (154).

Coe
The Kohawks enter the weekend on a 12-game winning streak.
