First-year head coach, Reed Hoskins, is a 2006 Wartburg graduate, and teammate of current Wartburg head coach
Chris Winter. He was the starting quarterback for the Knights three seasons, and earned Second-team All-Conference recognition as a sophomore. He still ranks fifth all-time in career passing yards (6,433), passing touchdowns (56), pass completions (489) and pass attempts (864). From 2008-11, Hoskins was the passing game coordinator, quarterbacks and wide receivers coach at his alma mater, and helped guide the Knights to league championships in both his first and last seasons in Waverly.
