ROCK ISLAND, Ill – No. 2 Wartburg men's cross country captured its first NCAA Regional title since the 2021 season and the fifth in program history on Saturday, Nov. 16 at the Midwest Regional meet hosted by Augustana College. Wartburg was led by individual champion
Isaiah Hammerand and six other All-Region finishers.
The Knights held off No. North Central by four team points to earn the automatic qualifier to the NCAA Championships next Saturday (Nov. 23).
