No. 10/11 Wartburg falls to No. 21 Bethel in Third Round of NCAA Playoffs

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The No. 10/11 Wartburg football team (10-2 overall) fell 24-14 to No. 21 Bethel (11-2) Saturday in the Third Round of the NCAA Playoffs.

  • Wartburg played its 10th playoff game the last three years
  • Wartburg has won 10 of its last 12 games at home in the post-season
  • Wartburg is 52-4 in the last 10 years at Walston-Hoover Stadium with only two of those losses coming in regulation
