OWATONNA, Minn.-- The Wartburg women's tennis team opened the spring season in Minnesota Saturday. The Knights fell 7-2 to St. Olaf and  and lost 6-3 to Northwestern (Iowa).

Highlights:

• The No. 1 doubles team of Natalie Kaiser and Georgia Nissen won both of their matches on the day.
• Nissen won at No. 2 singles to earn the team point against St. Olaf.
• Other two wins against Northwestern: Bailey Sinnwell and Tori Johnson at No. 3 doubles and Lily Schreckengast at No. 5 singles
