WAVERLY, Iowa – Men's soccer fell to Augsburg University 2-1 on Sunday, Sept. 8 at Salzwedel Field after a late charge from the Knights was stopped by the Auggies. The Knights are now 1-2-1 overall while the Auggies move to 3-1-1 overall.

- Both Itsuki Ebisawa and Hunter Yeatts began the match with shot attempts that just missed the target
- A Wartburg corner kick made its way to Ratzer who attempted a header that was well defended and blocked by Augsburg
