WAVERLY, Iowa – No. 11/12 women's basketball completed the regular season sweep of Luther College after a 75-64 win at home for the Knights. Wartburg is now 17-2 overall and 10-0 in American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) play, while Luther moves to 13-6 overall and 6-4 in A-R-C play.

- Wartburg jumped out to an 8-0 lead after two scores from Jaedon Murphy as well as two scores from Lauren Woeste
- Luther scored its first points of the game with 6:34 left in the first to make it 8-2 before Lauren Golinghorst provided a spark off the bench with eight straight Wartburg points to push the lead to 16-6
- Murphy connected from deep to push the score to 19-10, but Luther scored in the final minutes to make it 19-12 after the first
- Second Quarter
- The Norse began the second quarter with a made three, but after four points from Woeste and a made free throw from Grace Hennessy, the Knights extedned the lead to 24-15 after three minutes of play
- After baskets from both Murphy and Hennessy, Wartburg led by 10 with 3:52 left in the half
- Murphy scored in the paint and then Lauren Donlea closed the half with two made free throws for the Knights to make the halftime lead 32-22
- Second Half
- Third Quarter
- Luther came out of halftime on a 7-0 run that cut Wartburg's lead to just three points after a minute and a half of play
- After the Norse made the score 34-32, Wartburg responded with a score from Woeste and another three pointer from Golinghorst to go back up by seven points with 6:21 left in the third
- Wartburg outscored Luther 9-4 over the next four minutes of play to take a 48-39 lead with 2:44 left in the quarter
- Golinghorst scored four more for the Knights and Young connected on a three to lead the run
- The Norse cut into Wartburg's lead in the final minutes of the third to make the score 52-46 after three quarters of play
- Fourth Quarter
- The scoring got started in the fourth when Sara Faber recorded her second steal of the half and scored on the other end
- Minutes later Faber found an open Young for another three pointer to push Wartburg's lead to 57-47
- Woeste scored the next seven points for Wartburg to keep Luther behind 64-53 with just under six minutes remaining
- Faber helped put Luther away with seven of Wartburg's final 11 points to give the Knights a 75-64 win at home
