WAVERLY, Iowa -- The Wartburg College football team punched its ticket to the NCAA Division III Championship for the fourth consecutive year, marking the 18th appearance in program history. The Knights earned an automatic bid by claiming their fourth-straight American Rivers Conference title, finishing the regular season undefeated at 10-0 and extending their conference winning streak to 34 games.

Wartburg will host the second-round matchup against the winner of Wheaton (Ill.) (8-2) and Crown (Minn.) (7-3) at Walston-Hoover Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 29, at 12 p.m.
