PELLA, Iowa – (RV) Women's basketball used a 51-point second half to rout Central College 80-43 on the road Saturday, Jan. 17.
The Knights have now won six-straight and are 10-6 overall and 6-1 in American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) play.

- The Knights jumped out to an 8-0 lead after five early points from Grace Hennessy and a Katie Boulanger three pointer
- A Reagan Pagniano three pointer made the score 11-2 with midway through the first quarter
- Hennessy made her second three pointer of the quarter along with scores from Boulanger and Corrie Harrison to close the first quarter leading 18-10
- Second Quarter
- Hennessy and Boulanger opened the quarter with a three pointer from each to give Wartburg a 24-12 lead after three minutes
- Central outscored the Knights 8-4 over the next four minutes to cut the Wartburg lead to 28-20 with three minutes remaining in the half

- Wartburg started the second half with an 8-0 run after a score from Harrison and three pointers from Boulanger and Lauren Donlea to push the lead to 37-21
- Both Boulanger and Harrison scored on jumpers before Carly Rich added a three pointer to make the score 44-26 with 6:22 left in the half
- Wartburg added three more three pointers over the next three minutes after two makes from Hennessy and a make from Lauren Golinghorst
- The Knights closed a massive third quarter with five points from Donlea and another bucket from Boulanger to make the score 60-30 after three quarters
- Fourth Quarter
- Both Hennessy and Harrison converted three-point plays at the free throw line in the first two minutes of the fourth quarter to give Wartburg a 66-32 lead
- Pagniano and Harrison each scored three points over the next three minutes of play along with a score from Golinghorst to keep the Knights in front 74-37
- Laynee Hogan made a driving layup and then Ally Poegel scored the final four points for Wartburg to cap off an 80-43 win
