Clayton Vette joined the Wartburg men's basketball staff in the fall of 2022 and is entering his 3rd year with the program.
The Winona State University alum enjoyed a great career for the men's basketball program. Over 4 years, he accumulated a 92-33 record, going 52-13 as a junior and senior, while garnering All-American honors both years. His senior year, he was named Conference Player of the Year, Regional Player of the Year, 1st Team All-American and NABC D2 National Player of the Year. Following his time at Winona State, he went on the play 7 years overseas in 6 countries.
He resides in Waverly with his wife, Kaylee, and their three sons
