DUBUQUE, Iowa—The Wartburg men’s soccer team (6-7-0 overall, 2-2-0 IIAC) fell 3-1 to Iowa Conference opponent and seventh-ranked Loras (12-1-2, 4-0-1) Wednesday night.

Junior Kris Krohn (Cedar Rapids) gave the Knights the early 1-0 lead as he headed sophomore Bob Brown’s (Solon) corner kick into the back of the net 10:31.

Forrest Olson would knot the score in the last minute of the first half.

Louie Oswald scored the go-ahead goal just five minutes into the second half and Donald St. George scored the final goal as he headed a pass from Dillon Olson in the last minute of the game.

The DuHawks held the team advantage in shots (25-15).

The Orange and Black return to Dubuque Saturday to face the Spartans at 3 p.m.
