Women's Soccer KatieJo Kuhens

#9 Knights Host Rams

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The ninth-ranked Wartburg women's soccer team (11-1-2 overall, 4-0-1 IIAC) hosst Iowa Conference opponent, Cornell (5-11-0, 1-4-0), Wednesday evening at 5 p.m.

Senior Chelsea Frye (Waverly) continues to lead the team with her 20 points (10 goals). Classmate Katy Wendt (Bettendorf) follows closely behind with 17 (seven goals, three assists) and two players, Kelli Anderson and Anna Aquino, have 12 points each. Sophomore Rachel Torry (Urbandale) rounds out the players in double digits with her 10 points (three goals, four assists).

Classmate Monica Noti (Carol Stream, Ill.) has five shutout wins in her 1033 minutes of work in the net.

The Rams have gone into overtime in their last three straight games and beat Coe 1-0 in their last game.

Kaci Jazo is the lone player in double digits with her 15 points (seven goals, one assist). Kassi Todryk has two shutout wins in her 1484 minutes in the net.
