WAVERLY, Iowa—Senior Jordan Sathoff (Packwood) recorded his first double-double of the year in Wartburg’s 72-53 win over Crown College in the second game of the Buzz Levick Tournament. With the win, the Knights remain undefeated on the season at 2-0 while the storm fell to 0-2.

Thomas Perkins had nine points on the night while Jordan Moore had eight. Jamal Wright and Drew Crawford each finished with seven.

The Orange and Black were ahead 32-25 at halftime and shot .615 from the field in the second half to seal the win.

Wartburg’s defense held Crown to a team field goal percentage of .286 on the night. The Knights also won the battle of the boards by a hefty margin (51-28).

The Storm had three players in double digits and was led by 17 from Taylor Jones. Truman Shetler and David Glover finished with 13 and 12, respectively.

The Knights will face UW-Stout in the Championship game tomorrow at 4 p.m.
