Knights Compete in UW-Stout’s Tournament

WAVERLY, Iowa—The Wartburg men’s basketball team (2-2 overall) travel to Menomonie, Wis. To compete in UW-Stout’s Turkey Shootout this weekend.

The Knights will first face Robert Morris (Ill.) at 3 p.m. on Saturday and then play in either the Consolation game Sunday at 1 p.m. or the Championship game at 5 p.m.

A Look at the Field:
Wartburg:

Senior Jordan Sathoff (Packwood) leads the team with his 15.8 PPG and 6.5 rebounds per game.

Sophomores Thomas Perkins (Sun Valley, Nev.) and Eddie Diemer (Cedar Falls) follow with 7.0 PPG and 6.0 rebounds per game, respectively.

Robert Morris (3-0):
Complete statistics were not available. The Eagles are ranked No. 3 in the NAIA-DI poll.

Northland College (0-2):
The Lumberjacks are led by 10.5 PPG from both Adrian Flores and Michale Mackey. RJ Dean leads the team on the glass with his 5.0 rebuonds per game.

UW-Stout (2-1):
The Blue Devils competed in Wartburg’s annual Buzz Levick Tournament last weekend and won the team title. UW-Stout lost 70-57 to Bemidji State earlier this week.

Jarvis Ragland and Carter Ciolkosz lead the team with 16.3 and 10.3 PPG, respcietvely. Josh Kosloske leads the team on the glass with her 5.3 rebounds per game.
