PLATTEVILLE, Wis.-- The No. 11 Wartburg men's soccer team (13-2-2 overall) won its tenth-straight game in the 2-0 victory over UW-Platteville Wednesday night.

The game was scoreless through halftime.

Sophomore Chris Nothnick (Overland Park, Kan.) put the Knights on the board with his second goal of the season at 52:14. Junior Dan Nadeau (White Bear Lake, Minn.) had the assist.

Eleven minutes later, junior Zach Smith (Cedar Rapids) netted his second goal of the year at 63:38 on a pass from sophomore Peter Tran (Cedar Falls).

Senior Cade Shatzer (Hudson) earned his fourth shutout win of the season in goal and is now 10-0-0.

The Orange and Black return to action Saturday when they host Simpson at 3:30 p.m. in the annual senior day.
