Men's Soccer Moves Up to No. 9 in Poll, Hosts Luther

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg men's soccer team moved up to No. 9 in the NSCAA Top 25 poll, the national office announced today.

The Knights (14-2-2 overall, 6-0-0 IIAC) host Luther (12-5-0, 5-1-0) tonight at 7 p.m.

A Look at the Teams:
Wartburg:
The Orange and Black have won their last 11 straight games.

Junior Dan Nadeau (White Bear Lake, Minn.) has a team-best nine goals. Freshman Paris Martins (Coralville) follows with seven, while sophomore Zubeen Azari (Spirit Lake) has five.

Senior keeper Cade Shatzer (Hudson) has four shutout wins and is 10-0-0.

Luther:
Brock Arend is the team's leading scorer with six goals. JW Slauson follows with five, while Logan Martell and Jon Gednalske each have four.

Goalkeepers Tommy Breen and Peter Wright each have three shutout wins.
