CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa-- Senior Justin Cartwright (Muskegon, Mich.) and junior Dan Nadeau (White Bear Lake, Minn.) had career days as each scored two goals in Wartburg's 4-0 win over Coe Saturday.

The Knights are now 6-2-2 overall and 1-0-0 in Iowa Conference play while Coe is now 4-4-1, 0-1-0.

Nadeau put the Orange and Black on the board early in the game at 3:52.

Wartburg held the 1-0 lead through halftime before Nadeau scored his second goal of the day at 46:50 off a corner kick from sophomore Connor Johnson (Marion).

Cartwright scored his first goal of the season at 71:25 and his final goal of the day came at 83:43. Freshman Maurice Williams (Saginaw, Mich.) had the assist on this one.

Senior Cade Shatzer (Hudson) and freshman Mason Bandre (Salina, Kan.) combined for the shutout win in goal.

The Knights return to action tomorrow when they host Hamline University at 3 p.m.
