Men's Soccer Ryan Jorgenson

No. 13 Knights Travel to Face No. 8 Duhawks

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The No. 13 Wartburg men's soccer team (12-2-4 overall, 4-0-1) will travel to Dubuque Saturday to face conference foe No. 8 Loras College (12-2-1) at 7:30 p.m.

The Series Loras holds the all-time series lead at 26-12-1. The Knights claimed the regular-season meeting last year, but fell in overtime in the conference tournament championships.

A Look at the Teams
Wartburg
The Knights are coming off back to back double overtime 1-1 ties against the University of Dubuque and Carleton College.

The Orange and Black are led by senior Dan Nadeau (White Bear Lake, Minn.) who has 30 points (11 goals, 8 assists), junior Zubeen Azari (Spirit Lake) six goals and sophomore Paris Martins (Coralville) five goals.

Junior goalkeeper Austin Boyke (Verona, Wis.) has four shutouts on the season.

Loras
The Duhawks are coming off a win over No. 17 Luther with a final score of 2-1.

They are led by senior Mike Pizello (Elmhurst, Ill.) 10 goals and junior Jorge Simon (Appleton, Wis.) seven goals. They split time in goal between sophomore Adam Roloff (Minneapolis, Minn.) and senior Sean Elvert (Naperville, Ill.) who have combined for 33 saves and five shutouts.
