WAVERLY, Iowa-- Sophomore Jordan Cannon (Bollingbrook, Ill.) led all scorers as he had 15 points in Wartburg's 72-43 win over St. Scholastica Friday. With the win, the Knights moved to 2-0 on the young season and will face UW-Superior at 4 p.m. in the Buzz Levick Tournament Championship Game Saturday.

Senior Clay Cook (West Branch) had ten rebounds, which included seven offensive boards on the night. Junior Marc Ellis (Des Moines) narrowly missed double digits with nine points in the game.

The Orange and Black led 45-22 at halftime and led by as many as 31 points in the second frame.

Wartburg held the team advantages in assists (19-4), blocks (3-0) and steals (12-9).
