Men's Soccer Travels to Face Coe

WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg men's soccer team (6-3-1 overall, 0-1-0 IIAC) travels to face Coe (1-7-1, 0-1-0) Saturday at 3 p.m. and will host Augsburg () Sunday at 4 p.m.

The Series
The Knights hold the all-time series lead 15-12 and have claimed the last three meetings against the Kohawks.  Augsburg holds the all-time series lead, 5-2-3, and the teams have tied in double overtime in their last two meetings. Last year's was a scoreless draw.

Coe
The Kohawks enter Saturday on a five-game losing skid. Shuhei Miyake, Enoch Duval and Kory Donithan all have one goal on the season. Keeper Eric Hoar has two shutouts.

Wartburg
Junior Paris Martins (Coralville) had a team-best six goals and two assists for 14 points. Freshman Ben Johnson (Cedar Rapids) is the next leading scorer with five goals while classmate Ayo Adebayo (Rochester, Minn.) follows with three.

Senior Austin Boyke (Verona, Wis.) has two shutouts.

Augsburg
As of Friday, Barinedum Kordah led his squad with six goals. Ben Henry is the next leading scorer with two.

Keeper Tommy Molski has four shutouts in net.

National Stat Rankings
Wartburg ranks in the top 100 of five statistical categories, which the NCAA released Tuesday.
The Knights rank 69th in total goals (22), 77th in total points (60), 78th in total assists (16), 96th in scoring offense (2.20) and 97th in points per game (6.00).

Individually, two Knights rank in the top 100 of three statistical categories. Martins ranks 72nd in game-winning goals (2) and 89th in total goals (6) and Boyke ranks 95th in save percentage (.809).
