DECORAH, Iowa -- The Wartburg men's soccer team (12-7-2) fell to Luther (12-5-2) in overtime 2-1 on Saturday in the first round of IIAC Tournament play.

Wartburg entered the game as the sixth tournament seed and Luther entered as the third seed. The Norse got on the board in the first period with an own goal to put them up 1-0. Sophomore Sammy Jung (Cedar Rapids) scored in the second to send the 1-1 match to overtime. Luther struck first in OT on a penalty kick, advancing to the second round of tournament play.
