WAVERLY, Iowa-Wartburg's women's soccer team (9-4-3 overall, 3-1-3 IIAC) drew a 1-1 double overtime tie against No. 21 Loras (11-1-2, 5-0-1) Tuesday.
The Duhawks got on the board first with a top shelf goal from Lauren Bolnius at 6:36. Bolnius' goal was assisted by Mackenzie Anderson.
Wartburg would answer with a goal from freshman Molly Close (Polk City) at 29:09, off a corner kick from junior Jillian Huser (Waverly).
Senior goalkeeper Beth Crow (North Liberty) nabbed a new career-high with 16 saves.
The Orange and Black had the lone advantage in saves (16-8).
Wartburg returns to action for their last regular season game at Simpson on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 5 p.m.
