The Series
Wartburg has the advantage in the all-time series against Simpson at 15-12-2. The Storm edged the Knights during last season's meeting in overtime, 3-2.

Leading the Wartburg offense with seven goals is junior Ben Johnson (Marion). Junior Ayo Adebayo (Rochester, Minn.) has four goals on the season.

Junior Daniel Luzindya (Cedar Rapids) has a team-best six assists.

In goal for Wartburg, junior Gunnar Lenzen (Cedar Rapids) has three shutouts and 57 saves on the season. Junior Paul Koebke Barsic (Madison, Wis.) has one shutout and eight saves.

Simpson
Tanner Alderson and Garrett Pochop each have 14 goals for the Storm offense this season.

Pochop and Nick Joslyn have seven and six assists, respectively.

Goalkeeper Jake Potratz has three shutouts and 77 saves on the season.

The Knights rank 51st in shots on goal per game (8.43), 57th in save percentage (.822), 71st in corner kicks per game (6.0), 71st in team goals against average, 80th in shots per game (16.71), and 80th in won-lost-tied percentage (.679).

Individually, one Knight ranks in the top 100 of three statistical categories: Lenzen ranks 78th in save percentage (.814), 81st in goalie minutes played (1218:13), and 91st in goals against average (.960).
