WAVERLY, Iowa—The No. 21 Wartburg men's basketball team (2-1 overall) is set to face Graceland (6-4) and Waldorf (2-6) at the Waldorf Classic this weekend.
Wartburg plays Graceland on Friday, Nov. 24 at 5 p.m. and Waldorf on Saturday, Nov. 25 at 3 p.m.

The Series
Against Graceland, the Knights have an 8-2 advantage in the all-time series. The last time these two teams faced was in 1983, with Wartburg prevailing, 91-65. The Orange and Black also have the advantage in the all-time series against Waldorf, 3-1. The Knights defeated the Warriors in 2016, 92-90.
Wartburg
The Knights are on a two-game win streak after winning their own Buzz Levick Tournament last weekend. Senior Nate Woeste (Atkins) leads the Wartburg offense with 14.7 points per game, with junior Jaran Sabus (Urbandale) and junior Cam Kickbush (Reinbeck) with 13.3 and 11, respectively. Senior Trevor Larson (Jesup) has a team-best six assists on the season.
Defensively for the Orange and Black, Woeste has a team-high 7.3 rebounds per game. Sabus also leads the team in blocks with three.
Graceland
The Yellowjackets also enter the weekend on a two-game win streak. Graceland's offense is powered by LT Davis with 14.89 points per game. Jeremy Deemer nets 11.1 points per game.
Deemer also leads the team in rebounds with 7.1 grabs per game. Davis has tallied a team-high 13 steals.
Waldorf
The Warriors offense is lead by Kaden Verdin who nets 16.8 points per game. Brady Kuchinka scores 14.6 points per game.
Verdin also leads the Waldorf defense with a team-best 8.4 rebounds per game. He also has nine blocks and nine steals on the season.
