The Series
Wartburg and UW-Stevens Point have not previously met. The Knights and Auggies are tied in the all-time series at seven. Augsburg prevailed in the last meeting between the two teams, 73-66, however the teams have not met since 2013.
Wartburg
Four Knights average double digit points per game: junior Jaran Sabus (Urbandale) (14.7), senior Sawyer Herman (Monticello) (12.1), senior Nate Woeste (Atkins) (11.1) and junior Cam Kickbush (Reinbeck) (10.9). Kickbush also has a team-high 21 assists on the season.
On defense for the Knights, Sabus leads the team in rebounds with 6.6 grabs per game. Woeste averages 5.1 rebounds per game. Freshman Max Smith Drahos (Cedar Rapids) and Kickbush each have a team-high 12 steals on the season. Sabus also has six blocks on the season.
UW-Stevens Point
The Pointers' offense is led by Nate Dodge, who averages 18.1 points per game. MJ Delmore averages 10.8.
For UW-Stevens Point's defensive effort, Brett Tauber has a team-best 6.1 rebounds per game, seven steals and seven blocks on the season.
Augsburg
For the Auggies, Collin Olmscheid leads the offense, averaging 17.5 points per game. Booker Coplin and Nick Sabatke also average double digit points, with 10.6 and 10.3, respectively.
Defensively, Olmscheid has a team-best 5.5 rebounds per game. Coplin averages 4.9 per game.

The Knights rank 17th in won-lost percentage (88.9), 44th in defensive rebounds per game (30.44), 52nd in field-goal percentage defense (39.7), 52nd in three-point field goal defense (29.4), 59th in field-goal percentage (48.1), 60th in free throws made (136), 60th in total rebounds (351), 73rd in three-point field-goal percentage (38.4), 77th in free throw attempts (190), 80th in scoring defense (69.6), 91st in total blocks (29), and 92nd in total three-point field goals made (71).
Individually, three Knights rank in the top 100 of six statistical categories: Woeste ranks 42nd in free throws made (42), 84th in free-throw percentage (87.5), and 86th in free throw attempts (48); Herman ranks 58th in three-point field-goal percentage (46.9) and 82nd in total three-point field goals made (23); and Kickbush ranks 63rd in total three-point field goals made (24) and 87th in three-point field goal attempts (59).
