Wartburg
Sophomore Dylan Binion (Albany, Ill.) leads the team on the ground with 210 yards. He has had two consecutive 100-yard games.
Junior quarterback Matt Sacia (Eldridge) has thrown for 547 yards and seven touchdowns on the young season. He has finished with triple-digit passing yards in nine-straight games and 11 of his last 12, which dates back to last season.
His top target has been senior Riley Brockway (Postville) who has 276 yards on 19 catches with two TDs.
Senior Tony Anstoetter (Farley) and Rob Rottler (Greene) co-lead the defense with 18 total tackles. Anstoetter has a team-best 3.0 tackles for a loss of 18 yards and two sacks.
WashU
This is the first road game of the season for the Bears. WashU will join the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) as an affiliate member for football in 2018. The Bears will remain in the University Athletic Association (UAA) for all of their other sports.
WashU did not lose a regular season road game last season.
Quarterback Johnny Davidson has thrown for 389 yards and three touchdowns. He is also the team's leading rusher with 124 yards and two TDs.
Marcus Ramspott and DeAndre Wilson lead the receivers with 167 and 163 yards, respectively.
Jarrod Huther leads the defense with 27 total tackles, and Nick Leduc has a team-best 4.0 TFL.
