WAVERLY, Iowa—The Wartburg men's soccer team (5-1-0 overall, 1-0-0 IIAC) face Carroll University (2-6-1, 0-1-0 CCIW) today at 4 p.m. in Waukesha, Wis.

This is the first meeting between these two teams.

Wartburg College
Junior Ben Johnson (Marion) has tallied a team-high four goals this season. Leading the team in assists with three is junior Daniel Luzindya (Cedar Rapids).

In goal, junior Gunnar Lenzen (Cedar Rapids) has two shutouts and 34 saves on the season.

Carroll
Leading the Pioneers' offense is Shea Connell with three goals. Peanut Taylor, Austin Schulze, Chad Peterson and Scott Biancofiori each have two assists.

Goalkeeper Connor Thompson has recorded one shutout and 37 saves. Jeremy Pasterz has three saves.

National Stat Rankings
The Orange and Black rank in the top 100 of six statistical categories, the NCAA released Monday.
 
The Knights rank 27th in save percentage (.872), 42nd in team goals against average (.692), 47th in won-lost-tied percentage (.786), 57th in shots on goal per game (8.29), 80th in in scoring offense (2.29), and 86th in points per game (6.14).
 
Individually, one Knight ranks in the top 100 of three statistical categories: Lenzen ranks 28th in save percentage (.872), 55th in goals against average (.708), and and 94th in shutouts (2).
