DECORAH, Iowa - The Wartburg women's soccer team earned a 1-0 victory over Luther College Tuesday evening, securing the No. 2 seed and a first round bye for the American Rivers Conference Tournament. 

Eight minutes into the game, Kate Luers scored the lone goal of the game, her 13th goal of the season, off an assist by Sarah Campbell.

Luther was unable to respond with any goals, which led to the Knights earning a 1-0 win and clinching the No. 2 seed.

Wartburg outshot Luther 17-8 with eight shots on goal, and had a 5-2 corner kick advantage.

The Orange and Black ended the regular season with a 12-2-3 record and 6-1-1 in conference.

Next up, the Knights will host the winner of the No. 3/6 seed matchup in the A-R-C Semifinals on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at Wartburg Soccer Field.
