WAVERLY, Iowa - The Wartburg men's soccer team, now 3-0-1, tallied another win to defeat Hamline University 1-0 in overtime Sunday afternoon.
After a scoreless first and second half,
Kevin Duque advanced the Knights to the victory with a goal in the 94 minute, assisted by
Caleb Halleran. Duque's third goal of the season also stands as his third game-winning goal.
Wartburg outshot the Pipers 7-1, with six shots on target, along with a 4-1 corner kick advantage.
Brennon Woody is now 3-0 in net while registering his first career shutout.
