La Crosse, Wis. - The Wartburg women's soccer team tied 0-0 with UW-La Crosse Wednesday night, the first draw of the season.
After a scoreless first and second halves, the game went into double overtime.
The Knights outshot the Eagles 20-14 and had a 7-3 corner kick advantage, but were unable to tally any points.Â
Hailey Osburn had four shots on goal while
Joy Smith contributed three shots.Â
Marissa Lopez tallied five saves in net for the game.
Wartburg is now 6-0-1 and will travel to Stevens Point, Wis. on Saturday to play UW-Stevens Point at 1 pm.Â
