WINONA, Minn. - Wartburg women's tennis competed in a match it would like to forget on Saturday, March 13 when they were defeated by St. Mary's University 9-0 in Winona. This was the first ever meeting between the two programs.
The Orange & Black (11-3, 7-1 A-R-C) will concluded this five-game road trip on Saturday, March 20 when they face off against the Milwaukee School of Engineering (1-0) at 10:30 a.m. in Mount Vernon, Iowa.
The Knights saw themselves in a 0-3 hole after the doubles competition and could not recover in singles play. Junior
Ambriel Jacobs managed to win a set in her No. 3 singles match but her rally fell short.
