Loras College
The Duhawks come into the contest following a 5-2 victory over Buena Vista University on Saturday, April 10. Loras is yet to suffer a defeat this season with three wins and two ties against Dubuque and Luther. In the five games, Loras has conceded a total of six goals and has knocked in 14 of its own.
The Duhawks average 22.4 shots per contest, including a shot on goal percentage of 46.4%. Reed Miklavcic leads the programs with a team-high three goals while Jose Melo and Kevin Kucaba are both tied with a team-best two assists. Seth Kurzynski has started in net for Loras in every game this season and has a goals against average of .90 and a save percentage of 71.4%.
Central College
The Dutch are set to battle Nebraska Wesleyan on Tuesday, April 13 before traveling to Waverly to face off against the Knights. Central failed to get in the win column this past week when they tied Simpson and lost to Dubuque. Central's only victory thus far is against Coe back on Saturday, March 27.
The Dutch average one goal per game on 8.3 shots, including a shot on goal percentage of 30.3%. Nathan Casas leads the program with a team-high two goals while Mitchel Laihinen has tallied the lone assist of the year for Central. John Foster has seen the most time in net for the Dutch this season and has a goals against average of 1.07 and a save percentage of 88.6%.
