DES MOINES—The Wartburg Dance Team competed at the State Championships, hosted by the Iowa State Dance & Drill Team Association, on Thursday, Nov. 30.

The Knights placed in all three events:

• D III Hip Hop: 4^th/5 teams          341 total, 85.25 average
• D III Pom: 6^th/6 teams                 323.5 total, 80.88 average
• DII/III Jazz: 5^th/6 teams             338 total, 84.5 average

Notes:

• Jazz had a school-record total score and average score 
• Pom had a school-record total score
