WAVERLY, Iowa – The Wartburg women's soccer team closed the 2023 season with an overall record of 6-11-1 and an American Rivers Conference record of 4-4 under second year head coach Emily Ryan.
The Knights earned the sixth seed in the A-R-C Tournament and fell to Luther in the first round 1-0 to end the season.
Lauren Kirkle was the lone Knight to earn All-Conference team honors while Mya Jansen earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors.
Soccer had three athletes named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District teams this season. Madison Frush, Greta Rothe and Jansen were all named Academic All-District.
