Coaches Comments
"After securing the programs first title last weekend the men kept the momentum rolling into the conference event," said head coach
Alexis Neuer Runk. "Saturday the men came out red hot creating a 200 pin lead in just one game of competition. They continued their dominance throughout the day, securing the top 3 individual performers for all tournament team honors (yet another program first). Performance slipped a little Sunday but the cushion-built Saturday was more than enough for the Knights to secure yet another title! Back-to-back wins is something this group of men should be incredibly proud of. We have a few weeks off before back to back Tier 1's in Vegas, where we are excited to continue to set the bar higher."
Next Time Out
The Knights are not back in action until Wednesday, Dec. 18 where they will begin play at the Glenn Carlson Invitational followed by the Collegiate Shoot-Out (both are tier-one tournaments) in Las Vegas, Nev.
