COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa – Wartburg women's bowling wrapped up play at the second Mid Iowa Bowling Conference (MIBC) event of the season on Sunday, Nov. 17. The Knights finished third overall out of nine teams.

Coaches Comments
"Solid performance this weekend for the ladies," said head coach Alexis Neuer Runk. "We bowled on a very demanding 37ft pattern that produced low scores across the board. The ladies were patient and worked extremely hard this weekend and should be proud of their 3rd place finish. This puts us in great positioning for the conference finals in February where the top 4 will have a chance at the conference title."

The Knights are not back in action until Wednesday, Dec. 18 where they will begin play at the Glenn Carlson Invitational followed by the Collegiate Shoot-Out (both are tier-one tournaments) in Las Vegas, Nev.
