WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg Cheerleading and Dance teams competed at the American Rivers Conference Championship Sunday. This marks the second year results at this championship are calculated into each school's A-R-C All-Sports Trophy standings. 

Cheer:

• Wartburg three-peated as the A-R-C Champions in the 2.5 minute routine category.
• This was the fourth conference title for the program in this event

• Wartburg's squad #1 won the 5 person stunt category
• This was the fifth conference title for the program in this event
• The Knights have placed first or second every year in this category

• The Knights have won nine total conference titles among all cheer categories.

Dance

• Wartburg placed tied for third overall
  • highest finish in program history
• Wartburg took third in pom
  • highest finish in this category since 2021
• The Knights placed third in hip hop
  • ties the highest finish in this category in program history
• The Orange and Black placed fifth in jazz

All-Conference:

• Reagan Brooks earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors for dance
  • This was her third career All-Conference honor
