CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) announced its weekly honors on Monday, Nov. 3 with Wartburg's
Isaiah Hammerand earning both Male Athlete of the Week and Male Runner of the Week honors.
Hammerand earned the honors following a second-straight A-R-C MVP performance at the A-R-C Championships this past weekend.

Male Athlete of the Week - Men's Cross Country - Runner of the Week - Isaiah Hammerand (Epworth, Iowa/Western Dubuque), Wartburg College
- Hammerand won his second consecutive A-R-C Championship title over the weekend.
- He crossed the finish line in 23:44.2, a new championship record.
- His performance led the Knights to another conference title as well as the honor of Runner of the Year .
