CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) announced today the winter sport members of its 2024-25 All-Academic Team. Three hundred and four student-athletes from the conference's eight winter championship sports met the requirements for recognition.
To be eligible for the A-R-C All-Academic Team honors, a student-athlete must be on the eligibility list for the sport of nomination, at least a sophomore in academic standing with at least one year in residence and attain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better (on a 4.0 scale).
Wartburg College was second in the A-R-C in total with 45 student-athletes earning All-Academic recognition.
Men's Wrestling (11), Women's Wrestling (nine), Dance (five) and Cheer (three) all marked program-highs for honorees.
