CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Wartburg College 4x400m relay has been named the American Rivers Conference Women's Track Performers of the Week, the league announced Monday.
The Wartburg 4x400m relay earned the event victory at the Mount Mercy Open with a time of 3:50.17. They set both a facility and meet record. Additionally, they stand seventh on the TFRRS list for this season.
The Knights were represented by sophomore
Natalie Bork, senior
Haley Meyer, senior
Olivia Tollari, and senior
JoJo Tyynismaa.
Bork, a Saint Ansgar native, earned her first-career A-R-C weekly honor.
Meyer, a New Albin native, earned her first-career A-R-C weekly honor.
Tollari, a Adel native, earned her first-career A-R-C weekly honor.
Tyynismaa, a Tama native, earned her seventh-career A-R-C weekly honor
The Knights will compete on Apr 17 (Fri) - Apr 18 (Sat) at the UW-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge, Augustana Meet of Champions, and ESU Relays.
