DES MOINES, Iowa- The Knights No. 7 ranked men's and No. 9 ranked women's track and field teams competed today at the Drake Relays.
Grace Braden and
Caitlin Benesh now hold the top two spots on the program's top 10 list in the heptathlon.

Grace Braden earned a top five finish in the heptathlon with 4827 points, which stands 11
th on the TFFRS list for this season. Braden broke the program record with her performance.
Caitlin Benesh finished with 4657 points, which stands 15
th on the TFRRS list for this season. Benesh ranks second on the program's top 10 list.

Solomon Zaugg was the lone competitor for the Knights in the event and finished with a time of 4:00.02. Zaugg ran the fifth fastest time at the Drake Relays in program history.
