WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg baseball team hosts Iowa Conference opponent, Loras, in a weekend series. The two teams will play a nine-inning game Friday night at 6 p.m. and then return to the field Saturday for two seven-inning games starting at 1 p.m.

A Look at the Teams:
Wartburg:
Freshman Blake Wilson (Bettendorf) leads the Knights with his .431 batting average.

Junior Ryan Doty (Dubuque) is the next leading hitter with his .386 average and also leads the pitching staff with his 2.48 ERA and is 4-3 in his 58 innings of work.

Loras:
Mike Pudlo leads his team with a .319 average and has a team-best seven doubles. Eric DeSousa is close behind with his .311 average.
 
Spencer Radabaugh leads the starting pitchers with his 2.53  ERA in his 21.1 innings of work.
