WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg baseball team hosts Iowa Conference opponent, Luther, in the nine-inning game of the conference series Monday at 6 p.m.

A Look at the Teams:
Wartburg:
Sophomore Tony Stenberg (Atkins) leads the team with his .410 average. Five other players are in the above .300 range as freshman Blake Wilson (Bettendorf) leads the group with his .394 average.

Junior Andrew Krehbiel (Donnellson) is hitting .358, sophomore Ryan Powers (Wheatland) is at .348, classmate Jake Raecker (Waterloo) is hitting .327 and junior Ryan Doty (Dubuque) is hitting .319.

Junior Scott Benson (Reinbeck) leads the starting pitching staff with his 2.52 ERA and is 6-4 on the mound.

Luther:
Chris Erikson leads the Norse with his .370 average. Four other players join him above the .300 mark in Andrew Nelson (.342), Chris Reynolds (.341) and Matt Larson (.308) and Kevin Bradley (.304)

Augie Lindmark leads the starting pitchers with his 2.76 ERA and is 8-1 in 65.1 innings pitched on the mound.

Iowa Conference Tournament:
The Knights have solidified a spot in the Iowa Conference tournament this weekend, but seeds will be determined following Monday's game.
