WAVERLY, Iowa-- The Wartburg women's soccer team (10-5-4 overall) will face St. Thomas (12-3-3) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament Saturday at 2:15 p.m.
These first two rounds will be hosted by UW-LaCrosse. The other teams in this pod are St. Scholastica and host-UW-LaCrosse.
Both the Knights and the Tommies earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.
This marks the sixth overall appearance in the NCAA Tournament, and first since 2015, for the Orange and Black.

The Series
St. Thomas owns the all-time series lead at 5-4-0, which includes a 2-1 win in Waverly earlier this season on Sept. 27.
Wartburg
Senior Morgan Neuendorf (Plainfield) is the team's leading scorer with 13 goals. She has added five assists for a team-best 31 points. Junior Nicole Adair (Reinbeck) follows with six goals.
Senior Beth Crow (North Liberty) has eight shutouts on the season and continues to extend her lead as the program's all-time career leader with 37. She also has 42 career wins which also ranks first.
St. Thomas
Mallary DeBoom has a team-high 11 goals and has added three assists for 25 points. Brielle Bierman is the second leading scorer with four goals and a team-best five assists for 13 points.
Katie Lynn leads the keepers with six shutouts.
