WAVERLY, Iowa - The Wartburg College baseball team is scheduled to open its 2021 American Rivers Conference schedule this weekend at the University of Dubuque. 

The four-game series will take place March 20-21 in Dubuque, Iowa. The doubleheaders will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Most recently, Wartburg dropped a doubleheader at Illinois Wesleyan University last Saturday, March 13 in Bloomington, Ill. Through two games, Parker Ridge paced the offense with five hits and four runs batted in.

KNIGHTS TABBED SECOND IN A-R-C PRESEASON POLL
The American Rivers Conference released the 2021 Baseball Preseason Coaches' Poll on Wednesday, Feb. 24, with Wartburg totaling 46 points to finish tied for third in the league standings, as voted on by A-R-C coaches. 

Coe College was selected to finish first, totaling 62 points with six first place votes.
