WAVERLY, Iowa - The Wartburg College baseball team continues its homestand this weekend, hosting rival Luther College April 24-25 at Harms Stadium at Hertel Field.
The four-game series between the Knights and Norse will feature a pair of doubleheaders, both starting at 1 p.m.
Spectators are permitted to attend Wartburg outdoor athletic events and are required to follow campus masking and social distancing guidelines. Fans must all wear face masks outdoors when we cannot absolutely guarantee a physical distance of at least six feet from others. Details HERE.

ARMSTRONG HONORED WITH A-R-C WEEKLY AWARD

William Armstrong earned the American Rivers Conference Pitcher of the Week award after helping guide the Knights to a 4-2 week April 12-18, including a series victory over Buena Vista over the weekend as he was named the A-R-C Baseball Pitcher of the Week. Armstrong made three appearances on the mound throughout the week, throwing 12 innings without allowing an earned run. He recorded wins during the series finale versus Simpson on Monday and Buena Vista on Sunday in which he helped combine for a shutout.
