CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) announced its annual women's basketball All-Conference team and major individual award winners on Wednesday, Mar. 4. The Knights took home two major awards, with
Katie Boulanger earning Rookie of the Year and
Bob Amsberry earning Coach of the Year.

Four Knights earned All-Conference honors as both Boulanger and
Grace Hennessy were named to the first team, while
Lauren Golinghorst and
Corrie Harrison earned second team honors.

Boulanger earned the first A-R-C Rookie of the Year honor in program history and is just the second all-time honoree in A-R-C history. The New Prague, Minn. native had a standout first season with the Knights as she led the team in scoring (17 points per game), three pointers made (61), three pointer percentage (47.3%) and free throw percentage (85%). Boulanger's three-point percentage currently ranks second among all Division III players this season, while her free throw percentage ranks second and her scoring average ranks third among the A-R-C. The first-year guard had eight 20-point performances this season, including a career high 29 points against Hardin-Simmons. Boulanger logged multiple made three pointers in 20/27 games this season and also added 5.0 rebounds per game (second on team).

Amsberry has earned the A-R-C's top coaching honor for the fourth-straight season and the seventh total time in his career. He is the first coach in A-R-C history to win the award in four consecutive seasons since the award began during the 1982-83 season. After graduating a very accomplished and deep senior class the year prior, Amsberry and his staff guided the 2025-26 Knights to a fourth-straight regular season conference title. Wartburg reached the 20-win mark for the 10-straight season under Amsberry and the 11
th total time in his tenure. Amsberry also collected his 400
th win at Wartburg earlier this season and his 538 career wins ranks inside the top-20 of active Division III head coaches.

Hennessy earned her first career postseason honor from the A-R-C with a first-team nod this season. The Denver, Iowa native was a force for the Knights defensively, finishing the season with an A-R-C-high 49 blocks as well as 40 steals (second on team). The Junior guard added 10.8 points per game and 52 made three pointers, which both rank second among the team. Hennessy has six games with 15 or more points this season, including two 20-point outings. She had six games this season with four or more made three pointers, including a career-high five against Nebraska Wesleyan.

Golinghorst is also receiving her first career All-Conference honor after earning second team All-Conference this season. Over 20 games played, Golinghorst put together an all-around season with 9.7 points per game, 4.3 rebounds per game, along with 1.0 steals per game and 0.5 blocks per game. The Eldridge, Iowa native finished the season ranked fifth overall in the A-R-C in three-point percentage (37.5%). She had four games with 15+ points scored this season, including a career-high 20 against Wisconsin Lutheran.

Harrison earned second team honors in her first season with the Knights after transferring in before the season. The junior forward made her debut with the Knights in the ninth game of the season and had an immediate impact with a 17 point and 16 rebound double double against Hardin-Simmons. Harrison went on to lead the Knights in rebounding this season with an average of 6.4 rebounds per game (ninth in A-R-C). The Rancho Cordova, Calif. native also added 10.1 points per game and had four 15 or more point scored outings this season for the Knights. Â
