PELLA, Iowa- The Knights No. 10 ranked men's track and field team won their 14th Outdoor American Rivers Conference Championship (dating back to 1998) with 208 points and the Knights No. 11 ranked women's track and field team won their 26
th Outdoor American Rivers Conference Championship (dating back to 1998) with 268 points. Head Coach
Marcus Newsom and the Wartburg staff took home coaching staff of the year honors for the 22
nd time on the women's side and 12
th on the men's – 34 total.
AJ Wright won the most valuable track performer for the first time in his career,
JoJo Tyynismaa won the most valuable track performer for the first time in her outdoor career, and
Abby Veld won the most valuable field performer for the first time in her career.
In addition, the Knights have completed the season sweep by winning every conference title this season. The Knights last won the women's indoor, women's outdoor, men's indoor, and men's outdoor title in 2014.

Jayden Maten finished in fourth place to lead the Knights with a 13.86m 45-05.75 mark.
(W) Triple Jump:
Maddy Boulanger was the top finisher for the Knights with a 10.37m 34-00.25 mark.

Seneca Molstre led the Knights in the event with a 3.75m 12-03.50 mark.

Trent Polley was named the conference champion with a 61.46m 201-07 mark, which is a facility record. Polley earned his first career individual outdoor conference title. Polley is the 10
th conference champion in the javelin throw in program history.
Cael Schramm earned All-Conference honors with a 54.62m 179-02 mark to place second. Schramm ranks ninth on the program's top 10 list.

Logan Rosas placed fourth with a time of 1:54.37 and
Gage Heyne followed with a time of 1:55.31.

Haley Meyer earned All-Conference honors with a time of 2:10.96 to finish in second place. Meyer ranks eighth on the program's top 10 list and stands 20
th on the TFRRS list for this season.
Hannah Ramsey earned All-Conference honors with a time of 2:14.28 to place third.
Janae Hansen finished with a time of 2:15.58 to finish fourth.
(M) 400m Hurdles:
Seneca Molstre earned All-Conference honors with a time of 53.47. Molstre ranks fifth on the program's top 10 list.
Weston Johnson took fourth place with a time of 54.65 and
Christian Timmerman followed with a time of 55.57.

Grace Braden was named the conference champion with a time of 1:02.72. Braden earned her second career individual outdoor title. Braden is the 15
th conference champion in the outdoor 800m in program history. The Knights have won the event for the fourth straight season.
Lillian Olson earned All-Conference honors with a time of 1:04.33 to finish in the top three.

Cade Olson was the leader for the Knights and finished with a time of 48.83.
(W) 400m:
Olivia Tollari was the top performer for the Knights in the event with a time of 57.90.

AJ Wright was named the conference champion with a time of 20.84, which is a meet record. Wright earned his second career outdoor individual conference title. Wright is the seventh conference champion in the outdoor 200m in program history.

JoJo Tyynismaa was named the conference champion with a time of 13.83. Tyynismaa has won the event three times in her career and is the 16
th conference champion in the 100m hurdles in program history. Tyynismaa broke her second program record of the weekend and set a meet record. Additionally, Tyynismaa stands fourth on the TFFRS list for this season.
