WAVERLY, Iowa—The Wartburg women’s basketball team (13-4 overall, 6-2 IIAC) travels to Indianola to face Simpson (12-5, 5-3) Saturday at 2 p.m.

The Knights were victorious in the first meeting of the season 71-54 on Dec. 3 and look to end a 10-game losing skid to the Storm on their home court.

A Look at the Teams:
Wartburg: Seniors Leslie Wilson (Austin, Minn.) and Stephanie Reiter (Buckingham) co-lead the team with 11.6 PPG. Junior Abi Weidemann (Iowa Falls) joins them in double-digits with her 10.8 PPG.

Wilson leads the team on the glass with her 6.0 rebounds per game.

Simpson:
Stacey Schutjer leads the Storm with her 12.6 PPG while Kate Nielsen follows closely with her 12.3 PPG. Jamie Elbert rounds out the trio with her 10.4 PPG.

Nielson also leads her squad on the boards with an average of 8.1 rebounds per game.
